Brigadeiro de Paçoca recipe

Ingredients to make Brigadeiro de Paçoca:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 tablespoon of margarine

 4 pieces of paçoca (80g) plus some for breading

How to make Brigadeiro de Paçoca:

To make this sweet pacoça, place the condensed milk in the pan with the margarine and the 4 crumbled paçocas. Keep stirring over medium heat until you get the brigadeiro point.

When done, butter a plate and place the mixture on it. After cooling a little, place in the fridge, so it will be easier to shape the balls.

After freezing, butter your hands, shape the brigadeiros and bread with the crumbs of a few more paçocas.
